Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@theoriginaltoycrafter.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

• Used or opened toys

• Items damaged through misuse

• Gift cards

• Clearance items (if marked final sale)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

International Customers

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.
