During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated using flat rates based on the size of the shipping box required for your order. This helps ensure fair, predictable pricing while protecting your items during transit.

Each product is assigned to a Small, Medium, or Large shipping category. Orders containing multiple items may ship in a larger box.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping rates may be adjusted in the future as packaging and delivery costs are refined.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control.
If your package does not arrive, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
